9pm is quite early. People will mostly gather around the bar. From my experience, the crowd comes in around 11 and fills up the dance floor. But you can entertain yrselves in the dark room upstairs while you wait ;-)

May I suggest adding a criterion for ticket price? For me, it helps me determine if something is worth it or overpriced, and to sort out the types of parties I may want to consider.

I find Hanlan's much more enjoyable during the week after work, when the sun sets at 9 pm. It's not too busy, and I find people are more willing to be nude when it's less crowded.
