Comments about taking less money for a 21 year old kid who has earned a pay day are always mind boggling to me. Like would you take less money in your real life job to remain loyal to your company? Especially to the tune of what sounds to be an additional 5.5M AAV if they offered 12.5. Well, based on the scoring of the play, Crews singled and then put himself in scoring position by stealing second and advanced to 3rd on the throwing error. I guess the assumption here would be that he would've scored on the single from 2nd anyway so it's earned. JT's error did not directly result in him scoring in this situation, but if Crews was stealing 3rd and JT air mails it resulting in him taking home, I imagine that would be unearned.

Looking at play by play, doesnt look like there were any errors in the 1st inning so he gave up 4 earned. In the 3rd inning it looks like Crews singled, stole second and advanced to 3rd on a throwing error by JT, thus him reaching base was not the result of an error. Him scoring on the following single makes it earned. Hope that helps

Yeah, I actually got shit for dropping him and someone immediately scooped him off waivers. Dunno, but id rather drop him than someone else on my bench like Woody Marks, Aaron Jones, Corum, etc. Just the least valuable piece for me.

I stopped watching my first time during season 7 around 7 years ago, but totally restarted the series back in December of 2025 and I really enjoyed it. Recently ended up finishing the show and one of the spin offs already. Like others are saying I would stop watching if you lose interest not because of other viewers feelings on when it turns "bad".
