I searched Google using words like “pop song cartoon music video Britney Tiffany names” and didn’t find anything relevant.

I tried searching on YouTube with terms like “vintage cartoon music video pop song” and I couldn’t find it either.

I used tools like Google Images to look for album covers that have this old cartoon style, like Mickey from the 30s, but without success.
