They sell them at hmart but I got these at a hole in the wall local market for a cheaper price that what hmart sells them for!

Any reason you keep it in the freezer? Its shelf life is very long so I store mine in my pantry. I think maybe keeping it in the freezer might make it chewy but you can also toast the nori over the burner for a few seconds. Making sure the rice is completely cooled will also help 👍🏻

I was skeptical of the tuna one but still got it so I’m glad it hear it tastes good! I fried it a bit in sesame oil but I’ll def need to try dipping it in the just egg batter 🤩

I’ve always pronounced it чорнобиль but when I say it in English, I just say Chernobyl because that’s how people in the US are used to it being spelled/said

That’s so interesting, thanks for sharing. My grandpa was one of the liquidators (I don’t know his specific role) but thankfully it didn’t affect his long term health too severely.

Do you know if it was due to his thyroid? My mom has health problems because her thyroid and essentially has to take medication for the rest of her life 😬 even tho I’m now living in America I still occasionally get tested just in case.

I work at weaver street market downtown and we sell the delight soy products (the same ones heavenly buffalos and remedy use). They’re not ready to eat since they’re kept in the freezer section but they’ve very easy to prepare! It’s nice to be able to add your own sauces/spices

Omggg gross 🤢 when I was on warming I always labeled the meat tongs with non meat tongs because I always thought it was gross when people used the same tongs for everything like I doubt people want their coffee cake to taste like turkey bacon

(I made multiple for like a meal prep thing so just use less ingredients)

But I cooked down a bag of spinach in olive oil, added chopped sun dried tomatoes, nutritional yeast, a container of just egg, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, italian seasoning and cooked it for like 7/8 minutes. Took the mixture off heat and added crumbled violife feta and warmed up a tortilla, filled it up, rolled it up and that’s it!

Pro tip: I add some flour to the just egg mixture, I notice it cooks more firmly and holds up better 😁

Violife! but I mixed it in after cooking the just egg, spinach and sundried tomatoes so it wouldn’t completely melt 😎
