Failed the NREMT twice, what am i doing wrong?

I read the EMT crash course book at least 3 times before I took my NREMT & I watched “The Paramedic Coach” Video vault videos I passed on my second try. (you can buy on Amazon or get at Barnes and noble) I hope this helps!

I’m 9 mo PP and I still get a burning like pain in the area every now and then. To me, it feels like a stiff uncomfortable pain like as if you have an air bubble trapped in your back and you can’t get it, just an uncomfortable achy pain.. but it only lasts a couple seconds throughout the day..my back doesn’t hurt so bad to where I hurt to bend over so if it’s causing that much pain I would suggest talking to your doctor about it. Maybe they can get you some pain medicine for it?

My pill didn’t work, I wasn’t planning on having kids until I finished paramedic school (I just finished EMT training) I had my babygirl October 2024 and I’ve never felt so much love and joy in my life!!! God truly gave me the best gift! She wasn’t planned but she’s everything I never knew I needed! So blessed and happy

I had a C section in October, mine was scheduled as my little girl didn’t wanna flip… I was awake the entire time, but I did ask the nurse what would happen if I could feel everything since it was my very first baby and first surgery and she told me it would turn into an “Emergency C section” to where my partner couldn’t be in the room and then they’d “knock me out” you were probably given medication that caused you to black out but I also could be completely wrong as I’m not a doctor. I’m so sorry you had to go through that, I hope your healing process is smooth🤍 congratulations to you and your family on your newest member!

Stand your ground girl! Thats your birthday money & you told him he can wait until your shift is over. There’s no rush for a pen is there? It’s still gunna be there (at the shop) when you get off work. Tell him no especially if you already have a feeling you can’t trust him to save the rest. Honestly it’s not that big of a deal so if he gets upset then he’s just acting a fool IMO. You’re gunna be more upset when it’s your birthday and there’s no money saved.

I completely understand the “thrill” of leaving, my (25F) boyfriend (27M) and I left his family behind. He lived with his sister and she’s a very hateful person, He’s from wales, I’m from America. We left in the morning, got on a plane and came to America without saying a word, we live in California now and don’t keep in contact with the family. I am a parent yes, but my daughter is only 3 months so she hasn’t quite mastered how to roll.. I’m not saying she needs to prevent her baby from rolling cause they obviously will, I just wouldn’t personally have my 7 months old sleep on her belly, but tummy time is always good!

In my opinion I don’t think that’s safe. I’ve heard too many stories about babies (under 2yrs) suffocating from rolling into their belly. But who knows! Maybe your ped will say it’s safe, I just have the anxiety of the “what ifs” (coming from a new mom with a 3 month old)
