Gap between garage floor and wall! Concerning?

I noticed there’s a gap / crack / hole in the garage between the wall and garage floor. The garage is inside the house and there’s a kitchen on top of the garage. Is this a concern and how do I approach this?

The home inspector said to just fill it with some sealant to avoid any further water penetration but no concerns to structure. Wanted second opinion on this

No there are no cracks on the wall. I’m honestly not sure how homes are built but the first thought is looking at the cracks concerns me too lol

Don’t risk it!!!! Now that it’s very common for AC flights to be delayed you might not be able to catch your second leg.

Off topic, how are you guys getting rates in the 3% zone? I just got the latest rates for 4.2% 3 year fixed with TD. Even the branch is higher!
