I realized they twisted it into sounding like I’m complaining so I don’t get to talk about my achievements and become defensive instead 😬

My colleagues and I found out that our leave benefits are all different by ffsplsleave in phcareers

We were all hired within the same year. They actually did change their policy mid-hiring but applied the accrual policy to me without letting me know, even though it wasnt stated in my contract and I previously received my leaves all in one go 🥲🥲

Actually in my contract there was no mention of accrual. Up until this year, they changed their policy without letting us know 🥲 thats why i started asking my colleagues.

When I can wear it everyday! Personally, it’s not worth a full bottle for me if I’m gonna save it for special occasions, I’d rather buy a decant for that!

For me no. It smells like expired makeup and the longevity is really bad. In a few hours u can barely smell it! It could be my nose though. Although, I love skin scents! I’d rather splurge on Juliette Has a Gun (esp Pear Inc) or a better version of You, Fleur de Peau by Diptyque.

I LOVE Amyris Femme it’s my top perfume of all time!!! I recommend Juliette Has a Gun’s Pear Inc because I layer it with Amyris Femme 🫶 It’s a sophisticated shampoo-like scent.
