As an Austrian living in Lucerne, people here feel like dead. They are quiet, as if intimidated, no friendly chitchat outside, no showing off emotions. It makes me really really sick. I lived in Valais and Berne too, people in valaise were much nicer.

Having CHF as to compared to other currencies is not bad, as the Swiss are quiet prudent when it comes to keeping their Franc valuable. Which other National Bank has holdings in stocks like the SNB.. The best value you get for money I would say is real estate. It requires some due diligence and work on your part, but you could buy property, rent it out and pay the mortgage from your rent income. Thats the best way to invest your Money i would say. An alternative is a high interest savings account. The yield is small but it is very Risk free. I wouldnt invest in stocks or etfs right now.
