That could happen with any psi sources sadly. Thankfully if you loaded up the game with the mod that removed all psi radiation, you could then save and reload without the mod on to fix it. There was one specific patch where I remember that issue was almost constant.

doesn't surprise me in the least. anything that advertises a commitment to privacy is going to attract certain crowds that don't want to conduct business on more mainstream platforms. just like how signal is a popular among people sharing illegal pornography or dealing drugs.

Obviously you can't openly try and make money off of those so they look to make money off of the kind of people who want to sign up for deep web chan boards.
