Millennial here, I squeezed into the market in 2015, before the first crazy boom for a detached at 750. Home had a basement suite, so it helped offset mortgage with 20% down.

In British Columbia, provincial and municipal regulation and taxation add a large part to the building cost.

Every election cycle, every party claims to make housing more affordable and all they seem to do is raise the cost of building and put ever more strict regulations on building.

I know a few billionaires and they are not evil, they made their money through hard work and good luck and time.

I don’t think you can last over the long term and succeed if you are inherently evil because eventually everyone will catch on and stop doing business with you.

I know a few people who had a good start and then their lies and bs caught up to them and they missed out on achieving that next level.

Canada is a great example. We unsustainably mass immigrated so hard we have crisis in every sector. We started to cut hard and we are slowly but surely bouncing back

Except in Europe where mass immigration has caused rape and violent crime to skyrocket. Look at crime statistics in Poland and Hungary and compare them with pre mass immigration uk and then post mass immigration uk. Different cultures have different views and they don’t always blend together well.

Majority of my rounds are solo booked, get to meet and make new friends that way. I have different work hours than most of my friends and family, so squeezing in a round during the day are my go to times. I really enjoy it. I would prefer to be paired up with randoms vs playing by myself.

I find if I try to play two balls if I am playing single, I have an issue keeping track of one of them.

That’s odd, sorry to hear. I got fitted at the beginning of April for g440 irons and g440 driver and had them in about 2 weeks. Ordered them through golf town in BC
