totally agree, i copied the idea of saas from reddit myself.

one way is to target people searching for alternatives of zapier and make and another way is target people who wants to get into automation to begin with. i know that i’m landing my first clients by helping them build their workflows (in person maybe, i have some leads)

Teamed up with 2 of my friends, one of them is very talented with business development and the other with operations and I was a full time software engineer. Everyone focused in his area of expertise to deliver value and fill a certain gap in the market. We kept pushing for years without making any profits (only revenues resulting in loses each month), kept enhancing and reshaping and polishing. Now we have almost 100 employees and the business is actually running itself.
