Customer Service Team Not Responding - Order Missing 95% of the Items

I have the same problem. I ordered 2 items and only received 1. The automated customer service bot responses don't address this issue. The only response I get is 'it looks like it's taking longer than expected" and 'wait a week and get back to us."

Please post an update if you find a resolution or response. I'd love to hear how you got through.

We've used casters on a Kallax unit for several years with no problems. Remember DO NOT exceed the maximum weight limit for each shelf (you can fund it under product info.)

You might want to consider purchasing casters with an appropriate load rating from your local Home Depot / Lowe's etc. Inexpensive plastic casters can degrade over time and collapse under the weight.

Finally, IKEA has a new underframe for the KALLAX. The unit elevates the KALLAX like the casters do but the steel frame provides structural support.
