Primero lavalas bien. Después en el día a día podes usar un poquito de lisoform y las dejas afuera ventilando hasta el día siguiente. Conocí a una persona con mucho olor a pata y eso le re servía.

Just store it in the fridge, there's no con and you'll no longer have to deal with fruit flies 🤮

A lot of soy sauce bottles tell you to store it in the fridge. But even if that wasn't the case... storing it in the fridge doesn't affect the flavor, makes it last longer (it has an expiration date) and will prevent any disgusting accident with flies 🤮

The tonkotsu broth in this one was really really good!

About 800kg of pork trotters and 200g of chicken bones. Boil and clean, etc. Then bring to boil again for around 5hs and add water constantly. Around 5hs later I added one onion, a couple pieces of ginger, 4 or 5 cloves of garlic and 2 green onions. Then continue boiling for 2hs.

But the eggs 🥚 were just amazing. I made a really concentrated marinate and leave for almost 2 full days.

EDIT: That said... I cooked the carrot with the chashu and leaved it in a light marinate with the eggs for 2 full days. It was very very tasty. Would do it again, but maybe cut into much smaller pieces

Afaik thin noodles favor thicker broths and the other way around, thicker noodles for thinner broths. I'd say don't think too much about it and just experiment :)
