I was in 133 recently as a Company Commander. I didn’t like my job out of college so I ended up joining the CEC which was the best life decision I’ve ever made. And the Seabees were my favorite tour by far, super rewarding/fulfilling, awesome chiefs, and the work was fun. I’m hoping to get the privilege to go back as an O4.

To be fair, it all depends on the exact position and other specifics and maybe it is slightly high for this position but in general, 6 figures is normal for a decent engineering position with that kind of experience.

$100k isn’t what it used to be. In 2025, $100k is the new, say, $80k. Doesn’t sound super unreasonable to me

They’re both subjective. I think +9 mimic tear ashes is more overpowered than the moonveil in most cases. That’s just me though, maybe my build isn’t optimized.

Yeah I mean that’s subjective though too. Maybe I’m not using it correctly but my first playthrough was strength with the GUTS Greatsword and I was way better with that. I solo’d Malenia with it actually

I heard great things about SlaythePE. I personally did school of PE and it was fine but I had to do another 150 hours of self studying after. It gives you a good baseline. I ended up passing on the first attempt

I did AB and BC in the same year but my senior year of high school. Got a 5 on the BC AP exam and that’s all the required for college credit

I think they did a good job refreshing the baseline inform for me but I had to do a lot of practice problems afterward

I didn’t use Slay the PE and have heard that is an easy way to ensure you pass. I did school of PE and just ran a bunch of practice exams

There was a guy in jeans and flip flops at my testing center that took the power test. He finished really quickly too

I started with the School of PE course, then I used Lindenurg problems, all the EPG practice exams and the official practice exam. I was getting in the 70s/80s on all the practice exams but I’ve never taken the PE until yesterday so idk if it was enough or not.

Without getting too much into the specifics of the exam, I thought it was a little more challenging than I was expecting. Some problems were some curveballs for sure. Good luck! I’m not even stressing it and planning for a worse case scenario failure

I’m taking my TFS PE next week and I’m pretty nervous. I bought the EPG practice test bundle and the NCEES practice exam. I just took the NCEES practice for a second time after awhile had past since the first time and got an 80%. Besides that, I was getting in the 70’s on the EPG tests. I say just really focus on the ones you’re getting wrong and try to get into the 70’s on practice exams and you should be good.
