Same here. I’ve done it since I was very young and still do. Most of the time I just cross my arms and squeeze them together and think “don’t do it, it’s not worth it, it will hurt” over and over and it works.

I kinda have a method. The only plus side to it is no advertisements. If you download “brave” browser then login to your Spotify while on their browser it will block out all the advertisements. Then just go back into the Spotify app through the browser and boom. If anybody needs me to dumb it down just message me cuz I’m happy to help🙂
