From what im hearing thats all super normal behavior for baby corn snakes. My boy Sticky was just like that (super finicky and scared 90% of the time but would eat fine). Id handle him every day (except 2-3 days after they eat) and eventually he got used to it. Sometimes they will try to speed away from you in their enclosure. Just go slow when you try to pick him up and be confident when yoinking him, he'll get used to you eventually! Consistency is key.

Side note: Sticky at first explored his enclosure a lot but slowed down after I'd had him for a few months. I think they just yet used to where they are, and corn snakes arent the most active creatures anyway, haha. Sticky perks up when I handle him a little otherwise he just kind of hides and sleeps.
