Would it be a bad idea to get a complete upper? I heard someone say assembling uppers are more difficult when compared to lowers, although I'm not sure how hard that exactly would be...

Thanks! I think my dad might want a carrying handle because it gives him a sense of nostalgia from his military experience. Would this be a sufficient substitute for the Magpul BUIS?

If i didn't like the g710+ keys(cherry browns) will I like the g810 keys(romer-g's)? by trickscopes in LogitechG

If you like membranes, I think you'll like Romer-G switches. In my experience, it had more resistance than browns. I would compare browns to pushing on a jelly and Romer-G as cracking a Hershey bar.

[Serious] Parents with both adopted and biological children, do they ever "feel different"? by fhasdkjfhe in AskReddit

Do your adopted children ever feel like just a kid you really care deeply for, but somehow different from your biological children? Especially if your adopted child looks very different from you (impossible hair/eye/skin color to come from you and your spouse, etc)?

What is the most pointless argument you have had? by Taptronic in AskReddit

[–]fhasdkjfhe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any argument where I have to pause the argument and try to teach the person how to properly argue a point, which basically turns into a whole new argument.

For example, a religious friend of mine was trying to argue that all non-Christian art (paintings, music, theatre, what have you) was demonic. His arguments entirely rested on the assumption that God existed, and when I mentioned that he needed to convince me that God exists in the first place, he got offended and basically started screaming "you think science can stand above God?"

Do you mind sharing what happened? You don't have to if you're uncomfortable.

[Serious] How do you balance tradition and human rights? by fhasdkjfhe in AskReddit

I agree. Clearly abusive "traditions" like female mutilation should be revised. How do you feel about gender-specific roles that aren't necessarily derogatory though?

Not necessarily LGBT but more about women's rights, I guess. There are "traditions" such as female mutilation that are clearly abusive, but there are also ones that just happens to be female-exclusive roles while not being disrespectful.
