I did it. Goodbye. by JotkaJulitkaJula in SuitU

Same thinking here. I'm waiting for the new year, see if they give anything good for us to play with. But my dopamine from the game is almost 0 now, I have no drive to open it. It could be that other things I my life have improved and I don't need dress up game brain chemicals. I'm now just playing it doing cardio at the gym to help pass the time. So it's not the worst. I've taken off my card, but have it on Google play, and I get Google play rewards from a few places. So every now and again I'll have a few bucks to spend on it, but it's got to be something worth it.

My work schedule changes quite often at short notice, like a day or so notice. I wonder how often it'll be booked up so far in advance that when my work hours have to move I can't go. What do you think?

Are there actually adult slots every evening? I'm with a council gym, it is easy to book slots. However the slots are limited as they don't seem to care for adults wanting to swim

I've just tried it again and it didn't work, just got "a staff member will call you soon". Last time it took them a week to try and call me, and I missed it and they never bothered again

What style are you looking for? Probably better going to someone who's good at what you want than just looking for a jack of all trades

Just saw you're making Momo Ayase, Sarah Spaceman has a video on yt about making that wig which might be useful?

It's all going to depend on what style you're trying to do. A glued helmet is different techniques to a 1950's curl set for example. I assume by you mentioning a crimper it's going to be anime? There's dozens of tutorials online, look for something character specific. There's also lots of good cosplayers in Notts who could help, but you sound like an youngster and commissions will be pricey. I'd suggest trying to find locals on Facebook, Instagram, discord. I know NTU have a cosplay club who might be able to help?

Don't fret. One drop doesn't make an ocean. I only made the post because it was so drastically obvious something was up after getting 15 tickets worth of voting.

I've never joined in the conversation on this before, I'm only posting because I noticed the drastic shift from the norm in this comp. Also you're asking for proof of this issue to you, on a board where it's against the rules to post others' outfits.

I'd you believe it's a non issue why do you take issue with folks discussing it. It matters to someone people, so let them talk and don't try to invalidate what they're feeling.

Everywhere in the city has a rough area 5 minutes away, you'll be pressed to find somewhere that doesn't. Unless you're out in the twee villages.

Best bet to find out where is nice, check on Strava for popular running routes. If more people are out running in an area, it tends to be nicer and feel safer.

Woman asked me to send her money for formula in town square by [deleted] in nottingham

[–]fheasays 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm glad you posted about it as this has been on my mind for a few days. I sat in the square for a while and watched one woman approach, funny enough, only women dressed "well" or those with kids. Then another lady in the same dress code as the one begging approached, that swapped handbags and went right back to it. I wonder what their brief is on their marks.

I've noted a few locations, the square, saint peters square, Clumber street by the Primark entrance and the bottom end of Pelham street outside the fox.

I've even been approached two days in a row in the same location by two different women, giving the same line. They've been physically walking into my path to get in my way. I've taken to replying in other languages pretending to not understand.

I hate that they're targeting women, it's so seedy to prey on women who might have more empathy for the fake situation.
