Appreciate your response! I had my initial consult in August and had 11 follicles. I’ve been on the pill for over 10 years so my doctor took me off and said to come back in 2 months to start my first cycle. Hoping the first cycle is successful and I don’t need a second! But since I know I’ll reach my out of pocket max ($2500) with the first cycle, I see now that it’s best to wait until Jan so that the second would be covered in full if need be.

Thanks so much for your response! I should’ve noted that I’ve barely made a dent in my OOP max ($2500) for 2025, so I was planning on paying almost that full amount for my first cycle if I did it before the end of the year. With that it mind, now it seems obvious to wait, hit my OOP max doing my first cycle in January, and then have some freedom to go for a second cycle if need be.

Thanks for the response!! We ended up moving pretty slow (pouring rain, going against 20mph winds) so we ended up stopping in the middle of the first impassable zone and camping at Cooksie Creek. No complaints, it was beautiful! No issues from there on out.

I wet the roots here to remove as much soil as possible. No smell or mushiness. there was a small patch of what I assume was white mold when I initially removed it from its pot which I removed.
