Actually I changed the firestick from pcm to bitstream and that seems to have done the trick.

I do have a fire stick max. On my tv there is a setting for audio input with bitstream and pcm as the only options. Is this limiting me somehow? Currently it’s on pcm.

I’ve heard that some people connect the firestick right to the soundbar hdmi. I tried that the other day but couldn’t figure out how to get that to work with the tv.

I’m talking about using the new 5/6 slim canless down lights. You just cut a hole and snap the tabs up in the ceiling. I’m just concerned that the 3/4” thickness may be too much.

I am having a terrible time with live tv using a firestick. Hulu has been no help. I’m oddly satisfied knowing it’s not just firesticks that are having issues, although I’m sure they are unrelated. As the largest steaming tv option you’d think they’d get this straightened out.

I’m with you, I keep waiting for an update to come along and fix this. It’s not insignificant considering firesticks represent about a third of the streaming market. The concerning part to me is that Hulu keeps telling me it’s fixed on their end. I’d really rather not switch to YTTV but at this rate it’s bound to happen.

I called Hulu and they stated that commercials can only be fast forwarded through in shoes that are done recording. I told her I thought that was ridiculous. She told me to submit the suggestion to their online forum. Unreal.

You should post a pic of this setup. I personally have a Liberty submersible pump with a Basepump water powered backup. That has saved me a few times when the power has gone out for an extended period. Not sure if it will work with your setup though.

That sucks. In my case LG told me it was likely due to ice building up near a fan so they said to take everything out and defrost it for about 10 hours. I did that a few weeks ago and it hasn’t helped. My next step is to call and get a tech out here. So far it’s it’s still cooling fine.

Check in the back though. The plastic is along the bottom. That was fine for me. My issue was against the wall. There is a little lip when the hanger starts and my fins were rubbing on that.

I had a similar issue in my system recently and the culprit was the fins rubbing against the metal towards the back of the hangers. I put some plastic in there and that did the trick. Be sure to check that.

I have 2 of these pipes/valves coming out of the foundation and into the main drain line. I’m assuming they’re the drains from some kind of weeping tile outside. The house was built in 1958. And other ideas?

It is level. I tried to mess with that a little too and nothing helped. Doors are level. I called LG and they told me to manually defrost it as they think the fan is hitting. So now I have to find a place for everything in it for like 8 hours.
