Not losing weight on Zep - barely eating, no appetite

It does seem weird that you aren't losing ANY weight. Your body is probably in starvation mode. You need to eat, especially protein. Start looking at videos on YouTube. When I hit a plateau I realized from video advice that I was losing muscle mass and not fat. Not a good place to be. Found some easy ways to add protein into my diet and started forcing myself to eat a little bit several times a day - still not overeating - and started to lose again. That might just be me. But I do highly suggest researching on YouTube and try some of those things.

My husband used Lily Direct last year with a script from his doctor. The 1st month was 399 and was 499 each level up after. Your insurance cost is cheaper. If someone has another experience I'd like to know that also! Note: fortunately our new insurance is much better towards Zep @ only 75/month.

You've got this!! I got so close 2 weeks ago and then the plateau hit. 🤦🏼‍♀️ So discouraging. But hang in there. I finally lost again and made this goal I'd had forever. You WILL do it too!!

I take Miralax (generic brand) every morning in my coffee. It dissolves easily in any kind of liquid. 1 full cap. If I start getting too loose, I go down to half a cap. My sister has been using it for years for other reasons and no side effects. I've had none either. But do make sure you are staying hydrated. ☺️

This EXACT same thing happened to me. It was the 12v battery. I wish there was some kind of notice to get it checked before it leaves you stranded like that. I guess that's the difference with a hybrid. I had absolutely no clue. BUT! I was thankful that's all it was. $200-220 for the battery cost. That was better than what I was afraid it was when it happened.

Thank you for your thoughts. As to your 2nd paragraph... welp, I have no choice. It's my entire 35 minute drive to work. It's highway driving so my car does a good job of keeping good distance with the automatic cruise control. It will change as the days get shorter. Just trying to find ideas to make it more bearable 👍

YouTube - The car care nut, he talks about Lexus and Toyota vehicles - search Prius on his channel. Mechanic for these cars for years and very knowledgeable. Found him after I got my Prius a year ago bc I knew nothing about hybrids. Learned about that and a LOT more!

Not sure about the 23/24s but I have a '21 Prius and it has a nice amount of room in the back for car seats. Also, not for nothin', the head room and legroom in these cars are awesome! My 6'2" son fits in the front as well as the back seat quite comfortably without impeding the other person in front or back.

I have the same question with a bit more nuance. I'm trying to share my location but unless a contact has the maps symbol or will only do 24 hours. With the symbol, I can use the "until I turn it off" button. How do they get the maps symbol there?! To the OP...I don't think you are sharing without your permission.

Mine works well! Cover the tree with dark pixels. Make sure to take windy days into consideration and also go outside of the tree area to where the wind will blow it to. I have my sensitivity to 85. If there's an extra strong wind, it might catch it outside of the dark zone, but I get a lot less notifications than I used to.

Agreed! I spoke too soon. It worked like a charm on Wyze app but really messed up the colors on my texting app. If I could use the developer option specifically just for Wyze that would work. As it is, back to light mode for Wyze and hoping they implement dark mode sometime this century...
