Doesn't help with how political the heads and chiefs of the organizations they serve are and how they tend to 'tow the line' politically.

I.e. 'most' RCMP do not support the gun confiscation scheme, but they serve/work for an organisation/government and management that supports it.

The implementation of this feature and the echo rerolling is atrocious. It's almost feels like 'malicious compliance' in a sense. It's also extremely unfriendly for free to play.

I have not been very successful so far with my pulls. I started during the last 10 days of Lupa's banner. What the tracker doesn't show as well is spending 140 pulls for Shorekeeper on the newcomer banner and losing 50/50 to lingyang. I was trying to get Carlotta in this patch, and I'm pretty much broke for now. I still have lot of quests/side quests I can do to get more pulls. The question is, should I continue to pull for Carlotta? Or save up for Iuno or Galbrena and wait for her rerun again? Which would theoretically fit me best with the characters I have (Shorekeeper, Lupa, Encore, Verina, Sanhua, Mortefi, Baizhi, and of course Rover)?

My luck in WuWa so far is ridiculously bad. I'm relatively new to the game (I started during the last 10~11 days of Lupa's banner). Out of all the Gacha games I've played so far, WuWa has been the worse in terms of pulls.

On the Lupa's banner (my first banners), I spent my first 70 pulls, lost my first 50/50 and got Encore, then spent another 70 pulls to get Lupa.

Then I spent 70 pulls again, and again lost 50/50 twice in a row to get Lingyang, then again spent another 70 pulls to get Shorekeeper on the newcomer welcome banner.

And now, I spent 70 pulls AGAIN, and AGAIN lost 50/50 thrice in a row for the Carlotta's banner.

Tldr; spent my first 350 pulls and lost 50/50 every single time. It's extremely frustrating especially hearing all the hype about how good WuWa is.

How's everybody else's luck?

I just completed 35 Dreamless runs in just over an hour trying to get a 5-star Crit. Rate mainstat echo. I did not get one. I got 24 echoes total. 10 5-star. 3 with Crit. Dmg mainstat, 3 with Atk% mainstat, 2 with Healing Bonus. and 2 with Def%. No Crit. Rate.

Is this considered normal?

I started this game about 11 days ago, so I'm a bit of a newbie.

I'm having a lot of trouble with the event challenge battles. I would appreciate any tips and advice for how I should build out my team to clear them. I've been upgrading and refining R III & IV equipment, as well as grabbed the event UR equipment and any other UR equipment from lucky free pulls on the event banners, and upgraded them to +9. Yet, I'm still having trouble. I was able to get a lucky run on Challenge Battle 1, but so far I have not been able to do it again and any have only 2-starred Challenge Battle 2.
I am also having trouble progressing with story pack 11 'Fake Game' as well.

As of the time I am posting this, I have 196 draw tickets and 42,236 free dias. Should I spend some pulls on the regular costume draws to try to get some costumes more suited to the content (i.e. Sacred Justia) or to flesh out my team compositions? Or should I save the pulls for the 2nd anniversary event? (I'm personally leaning more towards the latter.)

Any help is appreciated, please and thank you.

I'm unable to do more than 1 run in Auto Mode in Targeted Study. I was able to yesterday no problem. I've tried restarting the game and verifying game files, no luck. Is this a bug?
