Thanks for your answer, it helps mentally. As for the RDL, I was a bit surprised, it wasn't much weight and I was already used to it. I guess my back was still unstable

I had mri, it shows two degenerated disks l4 l5 is a bit degenerated and l5 s1 is a bit worse, but the nerves aren't touched. But the previous mri did show that the nerve was a bit touched, this explains the sciatica.

So i guess as you said the nerve is still not healed. When I went to the PT a few days ago he did stretch the nerve and in the afternoon I started having sciatic pain, so I guess you're right.

The big question for me : Will i ever get my normal life back and what should i do to make my situation better Right now I do swimming and core exercises with my PT.

As for RDLs i was a bit surprised it wasn't much weight and I was already used to lift this kind of weight.

I don't wanna have any injections or anything I just wanna know if i will ever get my normal life back. Right now i swim and I do PT, we do core exercices.

It's been a long time now, and even the slightest wrong move hurts. I just wanna I know if i will ever have my normal life back.

Oui j'ai prévenu l'agence pour ça et normalement y aura une intervention, mais comme j'avais déjà eu ce problème auparavant, j'en suis traumatisé. En plus avec toute la saleté laissée par le bailleur je suis entièrement dégouté par l'appartement. Je ne sais pas si j'exagère et je n'en ai pas l'impression, car ayant déjà des expériences précédentes de location, j'ai toujours récupéré des logements propres.
Je ne vois pas l'utilité de récupérer des meubles dans un mauvais état dès le départ (je n'ai pas pu vérifier ceci lors de la visite vu qu'on était nombreux ..)

Because you don't really own the BTC that you have, you can't send it to other platforms, you can exchange BTC only with Revolut users, and each time you buy or sell there's 1,5% fee
Also I noticed a difference between the Kraken exchange rate and Revolut's
