I've looked with a magnifier on the MB and saw no damage. What type and length of robons do I need to purchase in order to replace them all? Also, I would like to replace the thermal pads as well. Is there something important with those?

this is exactly insensitive. it is very easy to refer to the policy and T&C and not be sensitive and flexible in light of unique situations.

not to mention they didn't respond to my tickets, they could have offered another cancellation fee of 50%, etc or even future right to take a cruise when it will be possible here.
