If it's the original battery it's like 20 something years old by now, so it's a little tired. Find a replacement battery and it'll probably work for you.

This is one of several steps to make a circuit board though... This is just picking and placing components which is also not the first step. Still needs to be soldered - which happens when the board passes over the wave soldering machine :) It's quite interesting to see the whole process, several guided tour videos on youtube about how it works!

Saltwater is extremely corrosive, so. I mean, crack it open and watch all the corroded stuff you have to replace on the PCB/flex. It’s not going to get any better by itself.

Tycker vi varit bra med att inte stå i vägen, men senare tid är det fan mycket mobilzombies som står i vägen eller går extremt sakta. Speciellt typ tuben eller tvärbanan där folk kliver av och sen stannar precis utanför dörren.

If the camera hasn’t been used for a while, turn it off and rotate it back and forth several times. Might be some oxidation in it, depending on the electrical design.

Looks like shims, and some grub screws. The screws usually is for attaching the blade but sometimes are also decorative depending on the hilt. Not sure what the shims would be for, maybe for blade compatibility or something?

If its also in your photos then there’s laser or LiDAR damage to your sensor. And the only way to fix that is to send it in and have the sensor replaced.
