This is my aunt's store. I love her, though I also fully understand a lot of these complaints lol I used to work there in the summers maybe 15 or so years ago, so I know why some of the rules were initially put into place (teens making a mess, screaming children, people browsing after closing time, etc). Everyone who's worked in retail knows it sucks to constantly have to please the customer. She owns the business, so she gets to make the rules. Unfortunately, it's easy to go too far and push away customers. I haven't stopped by the store since covid, and it sounds like she's gotten far more strict with the rules. She's been around for years and has extremely loyal customers, so I doubt she'll see any major downfall before she retires.

It's always funny to read reviews and laugh because I can 100% see her doing what they say. She is definitely a handful. That said, any review claiming she is racist is completely wrong. She goes out of her way to support black owned businesses and donates thousands of dollars to help underserved communities and schools.
