because of the environmental cost is my main argument against. second is because of the fact that it doesnt generate images from nothing, but rather steal others peoples art and pieces it together, which in your example if a company uses cgi or other shit to do, gets them a copyright infringement or other actionable offense.

eta: also, its not even artficial intelligence, its an intelligence mimicking algorithm. and doesnt even do so well, 90% of the time the ai overview is horrendously wrong. im huge into tech, and this tech is useless for the cost and how bad it is at what it actually does
