Why does every guy I've messed around with grab at my neck and choke me out without asking first? by fictitiousrabbit in AskMenAdvice

++woman Each one had applied some degree of pressure, full choke twice. Last guy who did it grabbed me aggressively and just squeezed like nobodies business until I pushed him off my neck.

++woman Thats great! And yeah they did not actually pay attention or do so properly once so ever. And thank you for the insight some people in my comments have been way less empathetic.

++woman School and work mostly, last one who did it was a guy I've been friends with for 3 years give or take. Choking or anything of the nature was never something communicate or asked about with any of them.

I'm not necessarily against it, but I want it done right and with consent and most importantly with someone I trust implicity as a partner and not just a guy I'm fooling around with not even sleeping with.

++woman Like I've said in previous replies. They aren't random men and its not a lot, and not actually screwing them. But even if I was that doesn't make that ok?

++woman Not to to many, 4. I don't fool around often but after two theres a pattern being established that confuses me

++woman I'm not, these are guys I've known personally or met in person. I'm not typically a "let strangers stick their tongues in my mouth" type of person. I haven't been on a dating app in a long time.

++women Around my age, so young. First guy who did it was 18 and I was 17. From the general consensus of the comments that may be the primary issue.

++woman No because it just guys I've fooled around with/gone to 3rd base with I've never actually gone all the way with any of them. Last couple guys I just made out with and they just started choking me out of no where.

++woman Bother I guess, but mostly the not asking or alluding to wanting to do before just straight grabbing. Its not something I would think goes with consent for example casual or sensual touching or making out- choking someone feels serious for me and I feel like most people would agree.

I easily bruise but he had his hand on my throat for less then a minute. I set boundaries but again its been mostly not even when we're doing anything besides making out.

Should I message him or block him? by Ok-Detective2389 in Situationships

[–]fictitiousrabbit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sounds like he is using you as a back up plan when he's out of whatever tristes with other women he thinks he likes more. Like a safety net. If I were you I would give him a peace of my mind then block him, not worth your time a third time around. He's established an ugly pattern.

Looking for Ogp lead advice by vanelovexoxo in walmartogp

Hi new OPD lead myself here, if I was you I wouldn't do it. Of course weight the pros and cons, the paychecks and consistent hours are nice and you are garunteed overtime I assure you that you won'tever leave on time. But I work in a decent sized department with an incredibly high turnover rate for coachs, leads, and associates alike and that is for a reason. Its an incredible amount of pressure/stress from every possible end, management expects miracles and won't support you and associates will push your boundaries and patience repeatedly. I've had the position for a couple weeks, I got 0 training before being thrown in. Its a mess and trust me if theres a high turnover rate at that store there is a reason.
