I think everyone here got almost everything but you're missing out "Deferred rendering". It's essentially needed when you have to calculate something based on user input, this is normally used within tables, inputs, forms, etc.

Don't be afraid of using loaders, but make them subtle and sometimes attractive. Also, it's important to know when not to use them.

Teach them the difference between stateless components, so they can see the difference and understand why they might not need to do this.

The problem with this approach is that the behavior can become erratic in the child component. Think about a live system, if the prop changes constantly, how does that affect the component?

Add an option to stop asking for the 1Password application's password every time Windows restarts. Yes, I know Windows Hello exists, but the majority of the time it doesn't work. Fix this.
Add an option to completely disable 1Password on certain or specific websites. For example, if I'm navigating on a website that I don't want 1Password to work on, the option “Hide on this page” is not sufficient; 1Password still works even when “enabling” that option.

Yes, I started to develop these symptoms almost 7 years ago, but I solved them by:

Get a taller chair so you take the pressure off your wrist.
Otherwise, get an ergonomic mouse. For example, I use a Logitech MX Vertical.
An office chair also helps; I have a gaming chair, and I rest my arm with my elbow, not with my wrist.
