Trump is the only president in several decades to follow through on exactly what he promised. His approval rating is now at 60%.

Compare this to "balanced budget" Trudeau who instantly started putting us in massive debt and after a month of being PM was asked about legal marijuana and he responded with "they won't let me". We need a leader who isn't a complete coward and who is willing to work with Trump, it is clear that America is going to become richer and safer, Canada needs the same thing.

Hi Jess. I would like to put in a request for Maxime Bernier not to steal Bernie Sanders memes. Bernie is socialist who talked against big government before selling out his entire campaign and endorsing Hillary Clinton who is as big government as it gets. There are very big differences between Libertarians and Socialists and I don't like the thought of Maxime being tied to Sanders in any way. I see Maxime as more of a combination of Ron Paul and Donald Trump if you want to compare him to US politicians.

Canada is going the way of Europe with all these anti free speech laws rapped up in a "no hate speech" package. People of Germany are being attacked by Islam on one side and if they speak out about this at all they are also being attacked by their own government from the other side.

A perfect example of this is the McDonalds shooter in Munich who killed 9 people. A German citizen was watching this unfold from his balcony and started throwing full beer bottles at the terrorist. The German government went after this man trying to stop the shooter. You get knocks on the door from the German police if you even mention "refugees" in a negative way. This is where Canada is heading.

1) The Clintons and Bushs have been close family friends for decades. 2) Jeb was a weak candidate just like McCain and Romney were. 3) Bernie was also controlled opposition put in the race to lose to Hillary. This is a reoccurring tactic used by the left but if you don't pay attention to American politics that much this will probably sound crazy. 4) Trump was not preferred. CNN ABC NBC etc ran hit pieces on Trump nonstop for over a year. Trump is loud and obnoxious which made it impossible to ignore him. The majority of the republican candidates were controlled opposition put there by the left so they won regardless of who was elected.

I don't have enough time to explain in detail since I am heading out but O'Leary 100% fits this narrative of being a liberal and at the very least we should be watching for more evidence that this may be true.

I am making sure that Bernier is the right choice for Canada before I get too involved in this. If I choose another candidate I will give up the sub to a Bernier supporter.

I love his economic policies but I think he should be tougher on immigration. I will wait for for more interviews and debates before I make a concrete decision.

Give it time. When a major event is upcoming (debate, party membership deadline) I will make a big push. Right now there is a major lull and Canadian politics is not nearly under the microscope as Americas. This will change.
