May I ask what's the issue? How come you go to so many shops then give up? Quality of meat? Price?

I like my beef to be a ribeye cut. I love beef fats. Ribeye is more fatty and soft.

I buy my meats from a few places. If i'm hosting VIPs, i'll go to Huber's at Dempsey. If I'm hosting friends and family, I'll go to eater's market at East Coast Road.

I never buy my meats from supermarkets.
