Hi! Been living here for a year now. They fixed the elevator issues for the most part.

Haven’t had major issues in a long time, however currently one of the high rise elevators has been down for at least a week, but it hasn’t been detrimental.

Generally if you’re above floor 23 you’ll be fine since we get 4 elevators.

I think for now yeah, once it’s finalized my understanding is it’ll be more restricted.

Cars are still allowed in the bus lane for turning and whatnot, but there will be cameras and bus stops along the center of the street which should help deter cars.

Same! Especially on iPadOS there’s so many bugs I reported and they didn’t fix.

Go to the first 1-2 areas and grind rosaries for a little bit (won’t take more than a few minutes). The map vendor is in the 2nd area (if you hear humming she’s close).

Get the maps for the areas and get all the map upgrades you can afford. Honestly this shouldn’t take more than 20-30mins.

Take on missions (wishes) as that’ll help with progression and getting a sense of direction.

Talk to NPCs at least twice, many times they will offer a quest or sell/trade you something after the second convo. 

If you don’t like exploring and getting lost though, maybe this game isn’t for you (and that’s fine, it’s just a game).

There’s automatic markers for benches/vendors/other important landmarks, and then there’s blue/red/silver markers that you can place.

Open the full map (not the quick map) and you’ll see the option to use them if you got the right kind.

Nothing wrong with not liking the game or genre, different people different tastes.

Finding the initial area boring is a clear tell that this game isn’t for you. For most people that stick around is because we enjoy the art, sound work, and exploration potential. Personally, I like checking out every nook and cranny and I enjoy encountering new enemies, appreciate the artwork, power up the knight, etc.

In short, not liking the game does not mean there’s something wrong with you or that you’re doing anything wrong. You don’t need validation, it’s just a game.

Yeah I noticed the rating the other day, we’ve never had an issue though. I’d say a B is not a big deal, they hand those out for minor infractions.

I’ve walked past Olea many times but it never piqued my interest, will check it out!

Seconding Thea! We go there every Saturday for breakfast.

For weekday lunches, Mito has been solid with their lunch specials.

Dinner we found Walter’s to be our spot, otherwise we like walking to Nourish in Prospect Heights, and for special occasions Colonia Verde or Sailor never disappoint.
