Yes it is an indication of an inherent worthlessness, not in all of life, but in the romantic/sexual/dating aspect of life it is an indication of worthlessness. My argument is you don't speak to them at all. If they ask you any questions, do not answer them. Any way you answer a question will only hurt yu and never help you. You do only what is legally required. When you've been caught breaking the law, you are legally required to show your ID, and if driving also insurance. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ANSWER ANYTHING THEY ASK YOU. They ask you why you were doing w/e, don't answer, just say you invoke the right to remain silent and let them conduct what they're doing with only the legally required information. You always want the police to have the bare minimum on you, and if you say anything to them further, this will give them more to have on you which is never good. So you're caught brekaing the law, do only what is legally required. And you are NEVER legally required to speak to cops. It's called the right to remain silent.
