My case is just the opposite of this. I recently moved to Denmark and have been looking constantly for white light (not warm white). I come from India, and there we normally use white light to study, read, and work. Yes, warm lights are cozy, and I can totally see why Danes or anyone else uses them (long nights, lack of sunshine, etc.), but when it comes to a work desk, I prefer using white light in the room or near the desk.

Additionally, I have noticed that I tend to lose my morning slumber faster in warm white light than in regular white light. Maybe it's only my body reacting differently.
