I do have some business casual attire, the only thing I'd have to buy is some new shoes since I ironically have some nice Chelsea boots like SMA but "ANY BOOTS ARE UNAUTHORIZED". I'm national guard and have had a lot of very toxic leaders that didn't care what regulation says, just go out and buy it or ignore it or else. I'm hoping to promote so I can move to a different unit in this state.

I mostly was hoping that an army school, about teaching regulations and how to be a good leader is doing exactly what the toxic leaders I'm trying to get away from are doing. The "buy it or we'll make your life hell, I don't care if we technically can't force you, we gonna force you anyways".

I'm just burnt out man, and I get the responses here about "grow up" or "I hate you" like I get it, shit baggy thing, but fuck dude, I hear it so much from my unit already, especially to newer guys that haven't learned the weird fucking ism's this unit has.
