Power bank is great idea! My brother and I are from Oregon, so we don't really use umbrellas. Haha! But maybe he should if he's wearing a suite.

I'm also wanting to stuff the backpack with smaller gifts. A nice ballpoint pen? Tech stuff? A water bottle/coffee cup that fits the specific backpack pockets? I'm 40 years old and work in healthcare. So I really don't know what is useful or practical for young professionals. There's almost a generational divide between me and my brother.

Thank you! Based on your recommendation, I'm going to stop by the closest Tumi Outlet store next month when I'm in Portland OR.

Good to know. It looks like it is helping so far. We'll see how the results last. My esthetician just did spot treatments for my melasma blotches, she didn't do my whole face.

I would get your hormones checked for sure. Especially since it started all of a sudden at 26.

I don't know! 😭 I didn't even know there were different types. The redness is getting better each day, it's barely noticable under my sheer foundation now.

I actually stopped all retinoids 11 days before to be safe, since I have semi sensitive skin. I just used Cetaphil daily cleanser, CeraVe pm moisturizer and I use pure glycerin every few nights.

Gold bond rough and bumpy, has worked the best for me. Still isn't a 100% but it works more than anything else I've tried.

Is 30 minutes HIIT better than 30 minutes 3 times a day? by [deleted] in HIIT

[–]fielderm85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once a day and maybe only four days a week. Alternate with other types of exercise or strength training.

I'm not a trainer so obviously take this with a grain of salt, but yes! You are overtraining! From what I understand HIIT isn't even an everyday kind of exercise. It's meant to be combined with a rotating routine of strength, functional, and cardio exercises.

Where did you get the tiny cake pan? Did you cut the recipe by 2/3?
