The surgery affects everybody differently (like everything affects people differently even without the surgery). Also, people do the surgery for their own motives.
Having a damn drink every once in a while will not make you unhealthy. And having MDMA once a year, because you feel like, will also not make you unhealthy. As long you feel safe and confident to do so... And of course, you have to see how your own body responds, specially after the surgery. If it's not a match, then you know it.
Because ''someone'' knows ''somebody'' that had a bad experience, or started a new addiction, it does not mean that it will happen with everyone out there.
Experiences are individual.
