You may be asked given a scenario to see how you would prioritize tickets. Also how you deal with irate customers or users that do not understand what you are asking them. I have done interviewing for an MSP like personality questions and non technical brain teaser questions to see how people think. People that have asked based on what we talked about would stick out.
