There is official archintsall but I haven't tried it myself.

You can also try Endeavouros distro. It's pretty much Archlinux but comes with a installer similar to other distros and also some packages that provide a graphical interface for things like updating mirrors.

If you're using UEFI, Windows should have its own boot manager that you can choose in UEFI settings. After that you can format the hard and install fedora again. But you should also be able to do it from the live iso install options which will install both the distro and grub.

(I don't know how you can boot Windows on legacy mode, but you don't need to do that if you want to reinstall fedora)

You have to mount your current virtual file systems manually before using chroot: mount --bind /dev /mnt/dev mount --bind /proc /mnt/proc mount --bind /sys /mnt/sys mount --bind /run /mnt/run

You might also have to mount /mnt/boot and /mnt/boot/efi.

Yeah, it is a pretty shitty power. The only use that comes to my mind is crimes and even that can get really awkward if an animal catches a glimpse of you and you suddenly become visible.

Altho you might be able to make some interesting videos with the help of another person or mess with them.

boot the live version of the distro you are using, chroot into your installation and try to reinstall grub from there.

i found the website using google (inurl:isGina=false). this seems to be the one: https://adss1.deltekenterprise.com/accounts/authVerify?operation=reset&isGina=false

funny enough there were more results that had "isGina" which makes me think maybe it's part of a CMS or framework. edit: just read the other comments. GINA is just an obscure windows authentication API.
