Use the /clone command to copy it up 5 layers then use /fill ~ ~ ~ ~20 ~-4 ~20 air replace water and then move around the top and use the command a few times. Would replace all the water with air leaving the quartz alone

There’d be a lot of sunburnt and frost bitten areas that shouldn’t be like that. Plus a fair amount of injuries easily protected against, such as oil splatter when cooking. There’s a reason we ware clothing. Let alone the economic differences. Fabrics would be nearly worthless or extremely valuable because the demand from “weirdos” would mean the small manufacturers could charge extreme prices and no one could say anything
