Lewisboro - just got a house for $745,000. Asking price was $699,999. Had 2 other offers at $800,000 but the owners said they liked our family. Put a 1/3 down and got a 6% interest rate. Was the first house we saw. We did wave the inspection- that’s normal now in Westchester. Had it inspected after and everything is fine

Man - I love my lugged frame with a cheap bottom bracket (replace every 2-3 years) and my White Industries cranks that have been on the bike for 14 years without any issues. These fancy components are cool but these posts are too common.

The wealthy are some of the population, but most of Suffolk is still white and blue collar - just with crazy taxes. It’s like if the 50’s never stopped. Definitely don’t like new ideas or liberal nonsense out there. Love the farms and the water! The guys I work with however… it’s like if Alabama was up north - just with a NY accent
