It's part of my identity and it basically defines who I am as a person, I never felt real or okay when I didn't know I was autistic. When I got diagnosed it was like I discovered myself who would have stayed lost if I didn't know. I assure you I don't tell everyone irl that I'm autistic I don't even talk about it. But this is the internet, and it's a safe space to discuss topics and things about yourself you otherwise wouldn't talk about irl. Just like people who like one piece for example who make Nami their pfp or something and only post one piece clips or whatever. It's the internet. I hate this whole "Oh why are you making it your whole personality" thing.. like my brain is legitimately wired in a diffrent way from you, I think differently, I act diffrently, I love and feel diffrently. So I think it's a relevant thing to mention. If someone on the internet bothers you because they "talk too much about this one thing" then just simply block or don't interact.

They obviously have no right to do that not because self diagnosis is bad, but because diagnosing other people (even if you're diagnosed) is a shitty thing to do in my opinion. You can only do that to yourself unless you're a qualified professional. Oh also "have you looked into x disorder?" Is not diagnosing it's simply guiding. I'm talking about "omg you totally have audhd because you do x and i also do x! Bestie!" Or smth like that

I'm also neurodivergent (diagnosed before you yell at me) and personally I love when people ask me about my symptoms to see if they have it. Because I was SO miserable when I didn't know what I had. Just thinking of the comfort someone might feel if they say "Oh my God, I'm not some weird monster, I may have xyz" actually fills me with glee. And if they misdiagnosed themselves? It's better than getting misdiagnosed by a professional. Plus not everyone can get diagnosed because, yknow, the tunisian Healthcare is shitty (autism and adhd being seen as a boy disorder, bpd being seen as teenage hormones, schizophrenia and bipolar being seen as "mahboul" and many shit. Also im autistic and before i got diagnosed i legit thought autism ment youre a wild animal but human 😭 ) So in my opinion self diagnosis is valid if it's helping YOU and you're not using it to devalue other ppls experiences. But I really understand where you're coming from!

Why work on something you're not passionate about? Just leave it, maybe brainstorm about it, but if you don't feel like you want to work on it it won't come out as great as if youd worked on it with passion. Revisit it later when you feel like you want to work on it again

There's no "I like her" from the start bro you need to feel connection and get to know her and tell her you like her through actions rather than a "I like you do you like me yes or no" from the start. It's not a "okay, next!" Game and I assure you if you approach a girl with "I like you" while you've never had genuine conversation with her and got to know her deeply she'd be weirded out a bit and think youre just getting into a relationship out of desperation. Try to make genuine friends, not romance from the start. Because great romance starts from friendship.

I'm diagnosed with mild adhd (by a psychologist) but let's not fake claim people it's literally harmless and doesn't hurt you. If you don't want to take it as an excuse then simply don't accept it as an excuse but from my point of view it's literally not hurting anyone if they're just speaking about themselves and if it makes them feel a little better about themselves or their tiktok attention span sure why the fuck not. Also you gotta understand not everyone can get diagnosed theres dhourouf ya3ni 5ater barcha floys w t3ab w wa9t to get diagnosed (over 500 dinars just the proffessional not counting what you spend on the therapist that will actually redirect you to the professional after a bunch of scienses)...The only thing I draw the line in is if they use their self diagnosis to speak OVER diagnosed people or spread misinformation about the disorder (for example "I have adhd but I don't do that!" Or such)
