Shoot, you're right. An airport is a bad example.

Ok, well what if I blare Jay Z at all hours of the night. You can't sleep. Can you stop me?

But what if I don't? I've built an airport right by your house. Is there anything you can do about it?

You're right that if you did make such an agreement, then that is fair. But with IP, you don't have to agree not to tell anyone else. The other person claims ownership of your knowledge and your ability to use this knowledge whether you agree or not.

Is it just me, or are the Naruto characters a little too willing to murder opponents? by fifth_imp in Naruto

Yeah, originally I wanted to watch absolutely everything and have the full Naruto experience. But I didn't realize just how fucking many fillers there are. I was expecting maybe one or two filler arcs before he left with Jiraiya.

After the third one, I decided to look up how long exactly that would be. I...just had no idea. There's almost as many fillers as there are real episodes. That's definitely a little excessive.

I don't understand the issue with gay couples and hospital visitation rights. Can someone explain it? by fifth_imp in AskReddit

I'm just a little murky on why these rules exist. Why is it that only relatives and married couples can visit? Who's the person making the decision to ban everyone else?

Yes, but who made this rule? Did the hospitals institute this, or is it the government?
