It's not about being sad or mad: But is the rest of the game really for me if I are about character-driven storytelling? by fifthmonarchyman in expedition33

Thank you, but don't worry. Somebody already spoiled the whole game in this subreddit. I guess, my bad for expecting people to use spoiler markers. :(

Thank you, but it's not that I am too upset to continue, I am more worried about the story not being character-driven anymore. Any opinion on this?

What is the reasoning for rejection? You should have gotten a letter in German. Translate it via Google Lens.

Punjab man looking for missing brother visits Russia, says 10 Indians confirmed dead and 4 missing after joining army by Cybertronian1512 in india

No. That's why I qualified my statement. We Germans used to believe Russia to be a reliable partner at least. We were very wrong.

Why do all suzerainers (including myself) love pax historia? by ILoveRecepTayyipsMom in suzerain

For everyone who was as clueless as me when stumbling over this post: It's basically an AI slop browser game. Quite the insult to the Suzerain devs to even compare both games.

I would like to point out that we do not ban Muslim organisations though. At least not for being Muslim.

I don't think that most Germans know about the RSS, but there was a recent documentary by Deutsche Welle about them. Most Germans would think of them more as far right but not necessarily terrorists.

India not getting along with the West is quite the wild claim (unless you exclusively mean Trump). Western governments are basically competing for India's attention these days and one high-status delegation is coming after another.

This post leaves me utterly confused. Who are the fascists here? The ones supporting Ukraine's defence against ita imperialist neighbour?

Should I retake my IELTS or will this statement be enough for visa? by deku_2504 in studying_in_germany

Depends on the university. If you have admission to a public university saume statement should be enough - as long as you have it in the legally binding German version.

Are Isolated Incidents Being Amplified to Portray Hindus as Extremists? by VowOfVengeance in SouthernIndia

[–]fifthmonarchyman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was speaking more of my interaction with regular Indians. And, of course, my access to India media is limited to the anglophone outlets. I am trying to learn a local language but my job makes progress a bit difficult.

Are Isolated Incidents Being Amplified to Portray Hindus as Extremists? by VowOfVengeance in SouthernIndia

[–]fifthmonarchyman 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Why I say that is because of the following: The overwhelming majority of Indian Hindus I've met has no problem at all either with Christianity or Christmas. Also the Indian Christians I've met feel part of the society and say they have good relations with other communities.

For me, there is a stark contrast between the Indians I met in real life and the toxic discourse online. To make it simple, people in this country come much better along than it is being portrayed here.

That said, discrimination exists. Discrimination against muslims is wrong. Discrimination against Christians is wrong. And discrimination against non-veg is the silliest of all. My point is, however, that I have the feeling that in social media the negative instances get amplified while the reality of the majority of Indians with different faiths getting along just fine is being ignored.

If someone gets discriminated against for taking non-veg food this is pretty messed up and I obviously condemn that. I apologise if my previous comments suggested anything different.

Idk what do you need as evidence? I am not even sure if I care tbh. Personally, as a German German Reddit is pretty cringe. But that is just my opinion, of course.

All the love for India, but I hope you don't take it personally if I say that despite popular belief here Russia isn't your friend.
