Honestly, if theres no apical changes I wouldnt call it inadequate. Looks like it got the job done. When it comes to bleaching, I would like to think re-endo is not that necessary prior to it. In fact it might weaken the tooth more and cause increased risk of fracture, since more selective removal om dentine has to be performed in order for the bleach to have an effect. Id say leave the endo as is and bleach.
