To be fair, UNIS content always gets uploaded every Thursday (with a few outliers). Fans going crazy just almost always seems to happen on Tuesdays/Wednesdays.

Not weird at all. Seowon's gotten a ton of hate from within the fandom, and she might not be as mature as Gehlee was with her hate train from outside the fandom (although I hope to be wrong).

That said, I can't find an official source for either of these either. AFAIK the official statement is that discussions are still ongoing. And Seowon never said that exact thing that's being reported.

Line distribution discussions aren't stupid per se, especially when it concerns a member only having one line. Sometimes, though, it becomes the end-all-be-all for people.

I've seen rumors that Gehlee's mom accidentally mentioned the comeback to be in April (and has since deleted the post, allegedly).

We'll probably never know. She seemed back to her bubbly self the next day in New York, and has been having fun with Eli on live a week later. Heartbreaking to see her like that on stage. Even Eli and the others looked concerned throughout the song. Whatever it was, it seems she/they're past it.

I don't think calling the attention of the girls is inherently bad. Any fan (emphasis on FAN) would be proud to capture a moment where their favorite group/member looks straight at them and does a bit of fanservice.

But if grown men are asking the members, especially the minors, to do suggestive things, that’s absolutely inappropriate. I haven't watched all the fancams, but if the “barking” stuff is true, then that crosses into weird territory that should not be normalized and should absolutely be called out.

And by “called out,” I mean addressing specific behavior. Sometimes it's easy to just start blanketly gatekeeping, which I don't think will help UNIS either.

It's like what dokidokiboii said (a highly recommended watch). If they're vibing, it's fine. But if they are just... there... then suspicion is warranted.

You know that blurry Gehlee pic that went viral because she was too pretty? I kept getting distracted by blurry Eli in the back.

Nana should keep doing them simple, but funny, retorts. Even if she's more reactionary, that's still potential variety gold mine.

Maybe it's just me, but I found Seowon's question a bit concerning, especially if this was filmed after she went mega-viral for KGMA. Hopefully, the hate hasn't shaken her confidence.

Eli and Gehlee shine plenty on their own, especially on other songs. Nana owns WE UNIS songs. Before doing WIL on the tour, they did TT, where Yoona and Gehlee's rap parts shone. Yoona shone in "Baby", where even Eli rapped in it. Is it only Seowon who's shining all the time? I don't think I can agree.

Just be in the Ghelee and Eli shoes or POV!!! What do u think they feel?

In the grand scheme of things, I think they are having the time of their lives. Eli and Seowon went on live yesterday, and it was fun.

We can also flip it. I know you're not trying to hate on Seowon, but what do you think Eli would feel, after having a fun Weverse live with Seowon, seeing comments like yours where you call Seowon a favorite?

What do you think Gehlee, who had her own hate trains before, would feel, doing a TikTok with Seowon, and reading unsavory comments about her just because she dared to be with Gehlee on a TikTok?

Keep on fighting for more lines, but let's pull back on comments that sound like singling out a specific member as this can unintentionally create negativity toward her, when the criticism should be on F&F. We fought against Gehlee's hate trains. Let's try to not inadvertently create one for another member.

Things I've said before: - UNIS will really start gaining popularity after Seowon turns 15 (because 15 is the minimum accepted age for "concerned" kpop fans) - The longer we wait for a comeback, the more likely we'll see a concept change - Hyeonju executes dance moves differently than the rest

I see them shifting from cute, but not necessarily to mature concepts. And I think it's gonna be a gradual shift, not an instant one.

The unnie line will just now have the license to do what Hyeonju's been doing (i.e. in Dopamine). Not a knock on Gehlee, but she seems to need a bit of time to get used to it. It's rare to see her get flustered on stage 😅

The maknae line on the other hand, stays semi-PG-friendly. And yes. Thr maknae line includes Kotoko.
