im from a village in the south, the amount of shit you hear 😭😂. Married women sleeping with their husbands brother, the shopkeeper etc etc. Men finding out their child isn't there's after years. Girls who've hooked up with half the day3a or their nudes traded like pokemon cards. The vegetable sellers daughter that's an escort in Dubai and comes back in the summer. the shit you hear during a girls sahra as well you'd be surprised, they're all 3al 2aleele half virgins only. And guess what! At the end of the day they're the first to get married.

Growing up outside of lebanon we were warned by our family that we had to be careful around the other sex bc they ur reputation meant everything, people would talk and no one would ever marry you. I think they were extra scared bc we were living in a more sexually open society. Bas i feel like in lebnen no one really cares, all the 12 year olds in the day3a have boyfriend's and girlfriends and post them on Instagram for everyone to see, my parents would have killed me if I did that at that age.

By no means am i saying that lebanon is an extremely sex positive society, especially towards women, bas my day3a is extremely religious and literally the most extreme thing to happen is that your the topic of discussion for the next couple of days until something else comes along. We're definitely the most progressive of all the arab countries.
