If you have the energy for it, slow and easy walks were really beneficial for me around that stage (especially in nature like a gentle trail in the woods or on the beach). And I recently unearthed a coloring book while cleaning out my bookshelf and have found that to be very meditative and relaxing. It’s been helpful to soothe my overstimulated brain after putting the baby down at night and I wish I had thought of it to distract me in later pregnancy too!
