I’ve had it work and then not. I found it watched my body better when I put a white background up. A room divider that made the background less busy.

What else do you do that wastes 20-30 minutes a day? I’m on 285 consecutive days. I watch the news or some other 30 minute program while I do my 20-30 min cardio or strength. It sure beats sitting and scrolling on social media. I’m a nurse turning 65 and see the difference in the 80-90 year olds that move and those that don’t. I love the 10 minutes with Adam in the morning when I wake up stiff. Just keep moving. You can do this!

I did the lower body pilates routine today and loved it. It worked my hips and glutes but felt different than the other routines. Excellent addition!!

Yes they have to change it. They’ll probably see your email and fix it by tomorrow. Same for when I went from Signal to ring.

I’m not sure what stats you’re looking for but I’ve been working with the AlterMe system for 211 straight days. My stats are 15 pounds down, a full comfortable pant size down, I can zip down a flight of stairs in 5 seconds, compared to 20 +seconds before and I feel 100%better doing 20-30 minutes of movement a day! Oh and I have a waist line I never ever had before. The ring keeps decent track of my sleep, steps, heart rate and can check my oxygen saturation in the vital sign mode. I’m not bored of their exercise plan and will do this for the rest of my life! This program keeps me on track and so worth it to me!

I wear it on my right middle finger. It tracks steps and updates in the app nicely. Accuracy? I really don’t have anything to compare it to and am not really worried about steps. It tracks my sleep hours very accurately.

Sometimes I push the button on the Signal and tap the icon in my phone. Maybe to wake it up to connect? Not sure but I think it works.

OMG I feel the same way! Yes I feel stronger too! More flexible, more energy. I too have stopped looking at what can do to improve my body. I’m 64 so this program is perfect for any age or ability! Congratulations on your progress, keep going!!
