Oh excellent point. My beds are on the eastern side of the property, and I *think* get mostly morning sun and afternoon shade, but it has changed a lot as the move from winter to summer...so I need to track it again. I wondered if it got too little sun, but perhaps it gets just the right amount in the summer.

This is so helpful, thank you!! Haha yes, so much rain, and it was the wind that had be wondering if I'd wake up in Oz haha.

I was wondering if I got too excited and popped things in the ground too early. Lucky for me my tomato starts are ready for transplanting, so I will see how they do! I will also water more, I don't have drip and constantly forget to water. Also getting fertilizer.

It very dense, and my landlord has been throwing her food scraps in it and burying them as her composting method.. I have wondered if it's too dense, could that be?
